Good content, minor issues
I signed up for the Premium Annual Membership. The range of courses is impressive, especially the Isomalt Tutorials, which I found very helpful. The video quality is mostly excellent, and I appreciate that they cover different skill levels. However, I noticed that the search function on the website could be improved; sometimes it was hard to find specific techniques without scrolling through categories. Delivery of the content is instant, which is great. Pricing seems fair for the amount of content provided. It's a good resource, but a smoother navigation would make it even better.

I focused on the Buttercream Techniques and a few of the Sugar Flower Tutorials. The video quality was excellent, and the instructors explained each step clearly. I had a question about one of the downloadable PDFs, and customer support responded within a day with a helpful answer. The content is comprehensive, though some of the older videos seemed to have slightly lower production quality. Overall, a solid platform for improving my skills.
